The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) of a new and modern complex building with large tree lined and well manicured grounds. The building was part of a prestigious development commanding a very high purchase price when it was completed in 2009.

This large holiday apartment in Juan Les Pins is on a large new and secure luxury complex. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. The beach is just a few minutes away.

For a family holiday, you are within a 15 minute drive to Aquasplash (the water park on the French Riviera) and to Marineland.

The living area and kitchen is open plan. From all areas of the living room and kitchen you can enjoy the dazzling views of the Mediterranean. There is a large brown leather sofa with a glass coffee table and cream armchair. For entertainment, there is a 40-inch LCD TV. There is also a large dining table with six chairs though we're sure most of our guests will prefer to eat outside most of the time on the family set of patio furniture including a large table with seating for six.

The kitchen is equipped with modern red and cream units with a built-in dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Along with plenty of work surfaces, there is an island unit with a four ring electric hob, large stainless steel extractor fan and two breakfast stools.

The three bedrooms are similar in size and look. All have double beds with built in headboards with side panels and reading lamps. There are fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and ceiling fans (even though there is also a cooling system throughout).
One of the bedrooms leads out onto a small terrace at the back of the apartment. The main bedroom opens onto a terrace facing the sea and also has an en-suite shower room.

There is a bathroom off the main bedroom with a shower, vanity unit and toilet. The second bathroom services the other two bedrooms and consists of a shower cubicle and vanity unit.
A separate WC is available just off the entrance hall.
