The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well maintained typical French listed building. The apartment is at the end of a newly renovated corridor. There is a lift but it starts from the 1st floor.

The location could not be better. You're only 500 metres from the main shopping area with designer shops such as Chanel, Max Mara, and Louis Vuitton. Some very popular restaurants and bars are very close to this apartment.

From the rental apartment, it is a 5 minute walk to the Old Town. With the train station 15 minutes away and the bus station less than 5 minutes away, the whole of the French Riviera is easily accessible.

The kitchen and living area are open plan but divided by an archway.
There is a tan leather sofa for two along with two tan leather armchairs, a 32" inch LCD screen and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. The whole living area is filled with contemporary colourful canvasses - hence the name. Leading off from the living area is a quiet balcony which can easily seat 2, but can stretch to 4. Four chairs are provided. There is a small dining area near to the kitchen with table and chairs for four. There is an air-conditioning unit.

The kitchen comprises of grey units with a grey worktop comes fully equipped with oven, 4 ring electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and bedside lamps, along with a large wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room. As well as decorative curtains, there are shutters to keep out the light for sleeping and the windows are double-glazed throughout which helps keep the apartment quiet during the night.

The ensuite shower room downstairs has a shower cubicle, toilet, towel radiator and a glass wash basin with a wall mounted mirrored vanity unit. There is also a front loading washing machine.
