This holiday apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a totally refurbished building. The attractive building benefits from marble staircases and stained glass windows should you prefer to walk rather than take the lift. The building comes with security fob entry.

This rental apartment in Nice is located in the heart of the centre, in the very desirable area known as the Carré d'Or. It is just two streets up from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, and guests will find many high quality shops, wine bars, and excellent restaurants on their doorstep. Only one street away is Rue de France and the beginning of the Massena pedestrian zone with further shops, restaurants and its bustling nightlife.

Nice's Old Town and Cours Saleya daily market is a 15 minute stroll away. The local bus and tram stops are close by, and the airport express bus stop is located on the Promenade. The main train station is about a 15 minute walk away, and the Port and Castle Hill will take about 20 minutes on foot.

The living area is bathed in sunlight and has double French doors leading onto the south-facing balcony. The balcony comes complete with a table and chairs, so guests have a place to sit and soak up the sunshine. Back inside, there is a white sofa and two small white wooden coffee tables, along with an extendable dining table and folding chairs. Entertainment is provided with a flat screen TV and DVD player.

A separate WC is found off the living area.

The compact kitchen can be used to cook simple meals. There are dark wood units with a grey granite worktop and mirrored splash back. There is a two-ring ceramic hob, combination microwave oven, and fridge. There is no separate oven. A washing machine is found here, along with basic amenities such as toaster and electric kettle.

The bedroom is located on the unusually spacious mezzanine floor. There is more than ample head height and the whole space is light and airy. The comfortable double bed has bedside tables with table lamps, and there are fitted wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors. Leading off the bedroom is a modern en-suite bathroom. A small dressing table with mirror and chair is also provided, which could double up as a desk.

The shower room is in the mezzanine area off the bedroom. It is fully tiled and comprises a shower cubicle and glass wash basin with a large mirror. There is a separate WC off the living area.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for two guests and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
