This holiday rental apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a totally refurbished building. The building benefits from marble staircases and stain glass windows should you prefer to walk rather than take the lift. There is a lift, and security fob entry.

This holiday rental apartment is located in the centre of Nice in the very desirable area known as the Carré d'Or. It is very close to the beach - a short walk just two blocks or streets will bring you onto the Promenade des Anglais.

Guests will find many high quality shops, wine bars, and excellent restaurants on their doorstep and just one street away is Rue de France and the beginning of the Massena pedestrian zone with plenty of shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Nice's Old Town and Cours Saleya daily market is a 15 minute stroll away. The local bus route is close by and the airport express bus is located on the Promenade. The main bus station and train station are about a 15 minute walk away and the Port and Castle Hill will take about 20 minutes by foot.

The living area is open plan. There is a dark chocolate sofa and a thick glass modern coffee table along with a dining table and folding chairs. Entertainment is provided with a flat screen TV and DVD player on a black console unit.

A separate WC is found off the living area.

The kitchen can provide basic meals. There are white units with a black granite worktop and mirrored splashback. There is a stand alone butcher's buffet unit for extra space for preparing meals. There is a 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. There is no oven. A washing machine is found here, along with basic amenities such as toaster and electric kettle.

The bedroom is located in the loft area and is decorated in hues of green and gold. The double bed has bedside tables with table lamps and there are fitted wardrobes with sliding doors. There is a Kenwood Hi-Fi system with speakers on a shelf. Leading off the bedroom is a modern en-suite bathroom.

The shower room is in the loft area. There is a shower cubicle with white porcelain wash basin with a large mirror and spot lighting. There is a separate WC off the living area.
