The apartment is reached through a locked gateway and then down some steps. The apartment is on the higher floor of a converted turn of the century villa. The building has two floors and below the building, seen from the large balcony is a pretty garden (please note: the garden is not for communal use).

This beautiful apartment is located beyond the Port and uphill towards Mont Boron in one of the most sought after area of Nice. A minutes walk away is a public spot for admiring the view complete with benches and public binoculars. But you won't need these staying at Miramar - you have the view on offer, day and night. The area generally is a beautiful part of the town to admire spectacular views over Nice, the Port, the Château Hill and the Southern French Alps, even on your five minute walk to the supermarket.
There is a small Parc, Castel des Rois, nearby which is ideal for children and a pleasant walk into Nice. Another route by foot towards the Port is marked out by a series of stepped walkways and it is also possible for keen walkers to use the coastal path from the Cap de Nice to walk into the Port area of Nice. For the return journey, we would recommend a bus as it is quite a climb although perfectly possible should you wish to attempt the return journey by foot.

Should you decide to hire or bring a car, there is street parking available.

As soon as you enter the apartment you can see breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea, the city of Nice and beyond. The views from the large French doors can be enjoyed from every room in the apartment except the bathrooms at the back.

The living area is open plan to the kitchen. There is a large sofa and a chair as well as a side table. The room is complemented beautifully with an impressive glass chandelier. The entertainment consists of a television with English satellite freeview channels and a DVD player and Hi-Fi system. Guests can bring their own SKY viewing card from the UK to upgrade the channel selection. In the living area there is also a mosaic round table with four high backed chairs.

The open plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is an under worktop fridge, dishwasher, built-in oven with extractor fan, electric halogen hob and pantry. There is also a utility room with a larger fridge freezer and washing machine and combined tumble dryer.

The two bedrooms are of a similar size and are located one on each side of the living area. Both have a King Size bed with bedside tables, table lamps, a large wardrobe and ceiling fans. French windows in one and French doors in the other bedroom offer spectacular views which can be viewed from the bed, or outside on the balcony. If you can bear to lose the view, shutters can be used for night time. The bedrooms each lead to their own en-suite bathrooms.

There are two modern en-suite bathrooms in this apartment. One bathroom is a little larger than the other, though both are of a reasonable size. The larger en-suite offers a large walk in shower, with rain shower, a large wash basin with storage shelving to the side and a toilet and bidet. The second bathroom has a walk in shower, with power shower, and a raised ceramic wash basin and toilet.
