The living area comprises of two contemporary Chesterfield leather sofas as well as a console table with 32 inch LCD screen and DVD player. There is also a coffee table and large rug and plenty of soft furnishings including a ornate chandelier to bring out the original parquet floors. The apartment benefits from French cable TV with a few English news channels as well as Wi-Fi.

A separate large dining room with table, four chairs and a long bench provides comfortable and ample dining for 6 guests.

The kitchen leads onto a quiet balcony with table and chairs - prefect for croissants or evening drinks. The kitchen consists of plenty of cream shaker units and a granite worktop and breakfast bar with two stools. The abundance of appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large American fridge-freezer with ice maker, microwave and separate oven. There is also a four ring electric hob.

The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and bedside lamps. There is a stand alone wardrobe as well as bedside drawers and an armchair. Lots of light streams into the bedroom from the French windows which lead onto a Juliette balcony overlooking a small park. The bedroom has electric shutters for night time.

The second bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps. There is an original fireplace and lots of light from the French windows which lead out onto another Juliette balcony. There is a free standing wardrobe and desk with stereo system.

The smallest bedroom has a single bed and bedside drawers. Again, there is plenty of light from the French windows and Juilette balcony

Girls will also love the large walk in dressing room, where there is more wardrobe space as well as a dresser for make-up and other girlie getting ready rituals.

Both gorgeous bathrooms are tiled head to toe in a chocolate coloured marble. The master bathroom has a bath, large shower cubicle and large vanity unit with inset wash basin and a toilet. The smaller bathroom has a shower cubicle wash basin and toilet.
