This apartment is managed by the Owner. The Owner uses the Riviera Pebbles site to advertise only. The Owner’s terms and conditions of rental will be different to that of Riviera Pebbles. You should make sure you understand the terms of booking with the individual owner before booking.

Do I have to quote a three season weekly price?

Yes. We believe the key to making our web site a success is to make it as user-friendly as possible. We know from experience that visitors prefer to see uniformity to the prices and no hidden extras. So, we will require you to adopt a three-season pricing structure and quote for a week.

High season (May, June, July, August)
Mid season (Sept, Oct, Mar, Apr) and
Low Season (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb)

For guests, this means one price covers all with no hidden charges, making booking easier. So please calculate linen, towels, cleaning, taxes, utilities, and key holding (if applicable) into the weekly price.

I want to charge more for peak events, can I?

If you want to list an Owners’ advert, than yes you can. We can accommodate this by adding your price change in the Particulars box at the bottom of your advert.

If you are listing with full management service under Riviera Pebbles, then charging for peak events will not be possible. It is not something we recommend – though we will charge guests a higher rate if they are staying for less than a week.

Do I have to list a price in GBP Sterling?

No, you can list in any currency of your choosing.

Can I list my apartment with a changeover day as just Saturday?

Yes. We can accommodate this by explaining your changeover details in the Particulars box at the bottom of your advert.
