On a visit to Moscow last year, Prince Albert II of Monaco announced the plans for Russian Year in Monaco 2015. Prestige, diversity, originality…2015 is a reflection of everything that has brought Russia and Monaco together over the years, despite the difference in size of the two countries.

The events are held on Monegasque territory and showcase the diversity of the relations that exist at a cultural level, but also in history, science, sport and fashion. The aim is to pay tribute to these ancient links, raise public awareness of Russian culture and traditions and encourage development of future initiatives and co-operation.
